Diane
Registered/Certified Dental Assistant
Diane is a Cave Springs and has five generations of family living in Benton County. She was Dr. Ed Adair's faithful assistant for 37 years, until his retirment. She is has been a reliable and loyal staff member at the Dental Arts Clinic for the past 40 years, since May 1, 1971. Both a Registered and Certified Dental Assistant, Diane is presently assisting Dr. Rob Adair and serves as clinical supply coordinator.
Diane's warm and friendly demeanor ensures each patient a pleasant, positive dental experience. Diane is friendly to all, a faithful friend and staff member and is known as a very "high energy" person! She is co-owner of Crystal Hall in Rogers and enjoys designing beautiful wedding cakes. She is very active in her church and also likes to shop, travel, and laugh! Diane is married, has two married children, and is now blessed with three grandchildren - Luke, Lacy, and Lily. Terry
Registered Dental Assistant/Insurance Coordinator
Terry is a Bentonville native with strong ties to the dental world. Her father, Dr. Earl Gill, originated our dental practice in 1953. Dr. Gill became a partner with Dr. Ed Adair in 1969. Terry's 37 years of experience with the practice makes Terry an invaluable employee. A Registered Dental Assistant, she substitues in the operatories as needed, but serves as our Insurance Coordinator. Terry is married, has two daughters and two grandsons. Lori
Registered Dental Hygienist
Lori graduated with a degree in Dental Hygiene from Missouri Southern State College. Before joining our staff in 2003, she practiced Dental Hygiene for six years in private dental practices, periodontal specialty practices and a prosthodontic specialty practice. Lori is married, is co-owner of her family's jewelry store, and she has one daughter.

Ann
Registered Dental Assistant
Ann has become a valuable asset to our office and has served as Dr. Rob's chairside assistant for the past seven years. She moved to NW Arkansas from Louisiana in 1998. Ann will help you to be as comfortable as possible during your treatment. In her spare time, whe enjoys volunteering at her church and at children's schools. She also enjoys cooking for her husband and five children.

Sondra
Registered Dental Hygienist
Sondra has been a part of our staff for the past thirteen years and is a veteran dental hygienist in the northwest Arkansas area. She excels in oral health management of the more sophisticated types of cases that we see so frequently in our practice. Sondra has been president of the Razorback Dental Hygiene Study Club as well as a Northwest District Trustee for the State Dental Hygiene Association. She received her Bachelor of Science In Dental Hygiene Education from Wichita State University. Sondra has one son and spends much of her free time volunteering at schools and enjoying her son's participation in a vareity of sports and school events.

Shelly
Treatment Coordinator
Shelly joined our staff seven years ago after moving to the area from Tulsa. Her beautiful smile and years of experience in a large medical group are sure to make you feel right at home in our office. Shelly will provide you with treatment estimates, insurance coverage reviews, and financial options so that you may make informed decisions concerning your dental care. Accounts Payable & Marketing Cordinator
Kendra is the Marketing Director for the Dental Arts Clinic. In addition, she handles the Accounts Payable as well as many other clerical duties. A graduate of Bentonville High School, Kendra received her B.S.B.A. in Marketing Managment from the University of Arkansas. She is the wife of Dr. Rob and mother of their two daughters, Emily and Ashley. An avid reader, Kendra also enjoys playing the piano and flute, playing tennis, and volunteering at the daughters' schools. She is a member of the Junior League of Benton County, The Bentonville Methodist Church and United Methodist Women, PEO, and the United States Tennis Association.

Tammy
Registered Dental Hygienist
Our office is fortunate to have Tammy return to our practice for the third time after relocating to the east coast with her husband. She is a Registered Dental Hygienist, having received her Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene from the University of Arkansas Medical School in 1994. She spends most of her spare time caring for her family and enjoying water sports and hiking with them. Tammy, her husband and four year old son live in Siloam Springs.

Sandy
Scheduling Coordinator
An Iowa native, Sandy joined her daughter and family in relocating to Northwest Arkansas several years ago. Her seven years of previous dental office experience eased her transition into the position of Front Desk Receptionist and Scheduling Coordinator in 2008 Sandy will greet you with her kind and gentle smile upon your arrival at our office.
