Inclement Weather Policy

In order to protect our patients and staff, we have implemented the following policy for inclement weather.  If Bentonville Public Schools are closed, our office will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., working through the lunch hour.  If snow is forecast for the next day, our staff will attempt to contact you if you have an appointment prior to 10:00 a.m. to let you know that your appointed time will change.  If your appointed time is affected, we will be contacting you to rechedule your appointment.  When snow is predicted during the course of the work day, the office will close at 4:00 p.m. and our staff will attempt to contact you in order to reschedule your appointment.  Your safety is very important to us and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making appointment changes.
